In premise of respecting the original terrain and natural resources,we have a development and utilization of water bodies,which water features throughout the site, improving the local micro-climate, at the same time meeting requirements of the everyday needs of water-based leisure for people.

　　該項目用地的形狀呈長條狀，兩條道路橫穿場地將整個用地劃分為三個部分， 每個區域皆擁有良好的交通地理條件。由于住宅區緊鄰道路，且占地面積較大，在設計時多采用軸線與廣場將小區出入口與外界聯系起來，形成多個通透的觀景視線走廊與景觀風情大道。整個設計主要運用折線進行空間的組織，以現代風格體現場地的簡潔感與時尚感，同時穿插圓形廣場作為景觀節點。

　　場地內部在尊重原始地形與自然資源的前提下，對水體進行開發利用，將水景貫穿于整個場地之中，在改善居住區內局部小氣候的同時，滿足人們日常所需的親水休閑活動。
