Luzhou Country Carnival has land’s area 13100 acres,which located in the divide between Fen shuilin town and Mituo town in Jiangyang district, Luzhou city,the land passed through by the Chengyu highway,and the Chenzun highway passed beside the left.The land is typical hilly forest landscape,that around highly,and the center lowly.Project dominated by large areas of agricultural land, the scattered homes and wanghe reservoir in the center area making a beautiful rural scenery.
The Project makes "agriculture, science and technology, environment, tourism, economy" for the five major themes.At the first,as the agriculture for the core to build an integrated demonstration base with rural tourism,and around agriculture to develop other four themes:
Hi-Tech modern agricultural, as agriculture for background, high-tech for premise to create rare agricultural products, and the thoroughbred breeding;
Respecting site status, using status resources reasonably, to create village pastoral landscape for agricultural mainly,construct many natural landscape with wetland, river,cultural park and so on;
Village tourism,which relies on agricultural and beautiful environment,constructs tourism supporting that suit for agricultural Carnival,including healthy center,lakeside Clubs,commercial,and agricultural experience of series of facilities;
Creating cost-effective of economic value, the economy is built based on the four themes, not just bring a good income for local farmers and government, while also solving employment, and remitting the disposal of agricultural supply and demand around the project.
Five major themes complement each other and support each other, cooperate together to support agriculture demonstration base as a whole.For agricultural ecosystems as the framework, the project will combine with agricultural shows, agricultural production and agro-tourism, rural health leisure, recreational activities together,to create integrated and diversified rural scenery including sightseeing, vacation, travel, leisure, entertainment and live as one.
瀘州鄉(xiāng)村嘉年華總用地13100畝，地處瀘州市江陽區(qū)分水嶺鎮(zhèn)和彌陀鎮(zhèn)之間，東北西南向的成渝高速路穿過場地，西北東南向的成遵高速路從左側(cè)經(jīng)過。用地四周高，中間低，為典型的丘陵地貌。項(xiàng)目用地以大面積農(nóng)田為主，散落的民居和中心區(qū)域的王河水庫共同造就了優(yōu)美的田園風(fēng)光。
項(xiàng)目以“農(nóng)業(yè)、科技、環(huán)境、旅游、經(jīng)濟(jì)”為五大主題，首先以農(nóng)業(yè)為核心打造以農(nóng)業(yè)為主的集鄉(xiāng)村旅游為一體的綜合性示范基地，從而輻射出其它四個(gè)主題。高科技現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)，以農(nóng)業(yè)為背景，高新技術(shù)為前提打造稀有的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，及良種選育等；尊重場地現(xiàn)狀，合理利用現(xiàn)狀資源建設(shè)以農(nóng)業(yè)為主的鄉(xiāng)村田園景觀，打造濕地、濱何、文化公園等諸多自然景觀；鄉(xiāng)村旅游，以農(nóng)業(yè)和優(yōu)美的環(huán)境為依托，建設(shè)適合農(nóng)業(yè)嘉年華的旅游配套，修建康體中心、濱湖會(huì)所商業(yè)及其農(nóng)業(yè)體驗(yàn)的一系列的設(shè)施；創(chuàng)造高效益的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值，經(jīng)濟(jì)是建立在前面四個(gè)主題的基礎(chǔ)上，不僅僅是為當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民、政府帶來良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入，同時(shí)還解決了就業(yè)，緩解周邊對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)的供需關(guān)系的支配。五大主題相輔相成，相互支持，相互合作共同支撐整個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)示范基地。項(xiàng)目以農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為構(gòu)架，將農(nóng)業(yè)展示、農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)與農(nóng)業(yè)觀光旅游、養(yǎng)生休閑度假、鄉(xiāng)村游樂活動(dòng)等結(jié)合起來，打造集觀光、度假、旅游、休閑、娛樂和居住為一體的綜合性、多樣化的田園風(fēng)光。
