The project located in the northeastern area of Sancha town, planning area of about 1070 acres. In the planning site,which have a beautiful ecological environment,the flat and wide terrain,the natural criss-cross farmland.The farmland and valley throughout the whole venue like the shape of tree branch,that the design linked many low hills,trying to build a continuous grandiose countryside landscapes of original environment.The plan of ecological farm infuse the local tradition and modern culture of Zunyi and Sancha,using a unique form of artistic expression and vivid landscapes intention to create a series of activities, places and various landscape places related to cultural and pastoral.At the same time,relying on the topography of the site within the hydrological characteristics, plant and animal habitats and the unique culture of the local area,to create a green ecological farm of functional improvement,rational layout,distinct characteristics,and include the functions about sightseeing,relaxation and healthy experience,providing a multifunctional leisure space with high-end fine service and authentic countryside experience for tourists.
本項目基地緊鄰三岔鎮鎮域東北側，規劃面積1068畝。規劃區域內地勢平坦開闊，生態環境優美，自然農田縱橫交錯，農田溝谷呈樹枝狀貫穿于整個場地之中，設計時將多個低矮的丘陵聯系起來，極力打造一片大氣連綿的原生態田園風光景色。本次生態農場規劃融入了遵義及三岔當地的傳統和現代文化內涵，以獨特的藝術表達方式和形象生動的景觀意向，在場地內部打造出一系列與文化和田園有關的活動、場所及各種景觀空間。同時依托場地內的地形地貌、水文特色、動植物及當地獨特的地域文化，打造一個功能完善、布局合理、特色鮮明，集觀光活動、休閑娛樂、健康養生為一體的綠色生態農場，為人們提供一處兼具高端精致服務和地道田園風光體驗的多功能休閑體驗場所。
