"A city peninsula, facing to the river by 3 sides, mansion created by nature, an new burgeoning city "."Rongqiao peninsula" is on the back of Qilong mountain. The mountain which looks like a large laying dragon, combines with the central valley to be the main vein to guide the entire site. "Rongqiao peninsula" is surrounded by river for three sides, and the river flows to the east. The whole project faces to the Yangtze River, on the back of mountain. And inside the site, there are many valleys. There is abundant water, flourishing vegetation and undulate hills to form a unique peninsula.We take the central natural water bodies as the core of the design. The design combines the surrounding terrain elevation to design an important space with abundant landscape level and reasonable function. Every building is constructed in the mountains, changing with the vertical elevation. The high-level residential building is located around the central water scenic spot, then is high-rise building. Thus we make the maximize use of central water resource, and make each group, each building has a good landscape view. We use imagination and poetic approach to create an residential atmosphere and a landscape full of history and rich connotation to form an image of elegant city life. The landscape design surrounds the central water scenic spot, and changes as you move. There are gallery, pavilion, boardwalk and water platform inside the residential community, people who live here can enjoy the ecological landscape, relax yourself and be far away from the noisy city and close to the nature.
“ 一個(gè)城中半島，三面臨江，天賜觀坻，一個(gè)新興城邦”。 “融僑半島”背臥于蜿蜒起伏的騎龍山脊，該山脊像一條大龍伏臥，與曲折入水的中央溝谷，天造地設(shè)成為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)整個(gè)場(chǎng)地的主脈。“融僑半島”三面臨江，江水拍岸，水波綿延，浩浩蕩蕩向東奔流不息，整個(gè)項(xiàng)目面向長(zhǎng)江，背向山脊，溝谷縱橫，水源豐沛，草木蒼翠，崗巒起伏，形成獨(dú)一無(wú)二的半島氣質(zhì)。 設(shè)計(jì)以中部大面積自然水體為核心，結(jié)合周邊地形跌落高差，設(shè)置疏密有度，層次豐富及功能合理的重要景觀空間形態(tài)，所有建筑都依山而建，結(jié)合地形高低錯(cuò)落，形成豎向上的垂直落差，整個(gè)建筑布局沿中心水景區(qū)域都為高檔住宅，其次是高層，從而最大化的利用了中心水景景觀資源，使每個(gè)組團(tuán)，每棟建筑均有很好的景觀視線。運(yùn)用想象和詩(shī)意構(gòu)筑人居環(huán)境氛圍，塑造富有人文氣息和豐富內(nèi)涵的景觀環(huán)境，勾勒出一幅洋溢高貴典雅的都市生活。沿中心水景區(qū)景觀以自然山水為藍(lán)本，步移景異，設(shè)有廊架、涼亭、木棧道、親水平臺(tái)等，居者可以在此欣賞景觀的自然生態(tài)，極目遠(yuǎn)眺，從而遠(yuǎn)離城市喧囂，接近自然，放松身心。
