The project lies in the Shugang district, Hedong new town, Naxi district. It is divided into three parts. The east of the site is close to the existing urban road, and in the intersection with Ziyang Road. Thus, there is a formation of natural line of sight. The west of the project faces to the Yangtze River, and along the river having the length about 620 meters. The buildings distribute along the bank of Yangtze River. The type of the building is various. The residential building contains detached villa, townhouse, semi, multilayer garden house and high-rise buildings.The concept of the three gates is reflected on the master planning. The middle part of the project forms as the "city gate" in the waterfront square. The north part is created as the " Riverview's Gate " along the Yangtze River. The south part forms as the "Livable door" by the reasonable distribution of villa, garden house and high-rise building. We advocate to create the unobstructed sightseeing of building, to have the concentrated green lands in the central community and form a undulate city skyline.
項目位于納溪區河東新城疏港片區內，項目分為三個地塊。項目東側臨城市現狀道路，且與紫陽大道交匯，形成自然的視線通廊；西臨長江，沿江長度約620米，呈條狀分布長江河灘邊。本項目建筑形式多樣，住宅集合獨棟別墅、聯排別墅、多層花園洋房、點式板式相搭配的高層產品。在整體規劃中體現3個“門”的概念，由地塊中部形成城市濱江廣場的“城市之門”；北側地塊沿江視線的“江景之門”；南側地塊沿城市的“宜居之門”通過對別墅、花園洋房、高層等不同產品類型的合理布局，倡導建筑視線的無遮擋，中心社區的集中綠地，沿江城市輪廓線的起伏變化。
